How your stay works:

1. Booking
After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all important information regarding your stay.
If you do not have a credit card, please send us your travel dates, desired room category, and preferred rate (flexible or non-cancellable) to rooms@nashi.de. Afterwards, you will receive a booking confirmation from us, including a payment link for PayPal payment.
2. Check-in
72 hours prior, you will receive an email allowing you to conveniently complete the registration form.
As there is no traditional reception on site, we kindly ask you to complete the digital registration form before your arrival to prepare for check-in. If you have not received an email, you can also find access here on our website under Check-In. There, simply use your last name and booking number.
3. Access
This allows you to easily enter the hotel and your room using your smartphone.
If you prefer a physical room card, you can easily create one at the self-check-in counter in the hotel lobby. This card also allows you to open the hotel entrance door by holding it against the wall reader next to the door.
4. Departure
Your invoice and confirmation will be conveniently sent to you by email.
Arrival & Parking
Located in the heart of Erfurt’s Old Town, directly on Wenigemarkt.
NASHI Rooms is just a short walk from the historic Krämerbrücke and easily accessible by car and public transport.
Arrival by car
Access is via Futterstraße onto Wenigemarkt.
For loading and unloading, you can stop directly in front of the hotel.
Parking facilities can be found in the surrounding parking garages,
e.g., in the Parking garage "Hotel zum Kaisersaal" (approx. 80 m away)
or in the Q-Park Anger 1 (approx. 400 m away).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You can reach us by tram via the "Anger", "Stadtmuseum / Kaisersaal", or "Fischmarkt / Rathaus" stops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Check-in & Access
Check-in at NASHI Rooms is fully digital, providing you with maximum flexibility upon arrival.
72 hours before your arrival, you will receive an email that allows you to conveniently prepare for your check-in. From 3:00 PM, you can check in and gain access to your digital guest folder – including keys for the hotel and your room.
You can easily use your smartphone for access. Alternatively, you can create a traditional key card at the on-site terminal.
NASHI Rooms does not have a traditional reception. Our concept is deliberately digital, allowing you to arrive independently and flexibly.
In the entrance area, you'll find a self-check-in terminal where you can conveniently check in and, if needed, create a traditional room key card.
During your stay, you can also approach our team at NASHI Dining anytime during opening hours.

You can drop off your luggage with us at any time during our restaurant's opening hours.
We will store it securely for you – both before your check-in and after your check-out. This way, you can fully enjoy your time in Erfurt without worries.

Our boutique hotel is designed to be low-barrier, and all floors are easily accessible by elevator.
Please note, however, that there is a single step at the entrance of our listed building, which could not be removed during the renovation.
The showers are walk-in, but unfortunately, a fully wheelchair-accessible room setup was not possible due to the historical building structure and space constraints.
Breakfast & Restaurant
At NASHI Rooms, we do not offer our own breakfast.
Right next to the hotel, you'll find Café Spiegler, where you can have breakfast daily. Additionally, there are other cafés and breakfast options in the immediate vicinity around Wenigemarkt.
Yes – our restaurant, NASHI Dining, is located directly within the building.
As the restaurant is often fully booked, we recommend reserving a table in advance.
