If you do not have a credit card, please contact us at rooms@nashi.de. with your travel dates, preferred room category, and desired rate (flexible or non-refundable). We will then send you a booking confirmation and a PayPal payment link.

NASHI Rooms offers 11 rooms and suites, all easily accessible by elevator. Some overlook Wenigemarkt and the historic Krämerbrücke.
Designed for solo travelers, couples, or stays with family and friends.
Please note that, due to the historic nature of the building, accessibility is limited in certain areas.

Check-in & Access

How does check-in work?

Check-in at NASHI Rooms is fully digital, offering you maximum flexibility upon arrival.
‍
72 hours before your arrival, you will receive an email allowing you to conveniently prepare your check-in in advance. From 3:00 PM onwards, you can check in and access your digital guest portal — including the digital key for the hotel and your room (available in the email link under “Door Access”).

Access is easily managed via your smartphone. Alternatively, you can create a traditional room key card at the terminal on site.

Is there a reception desk on site?

NASHI Rooms does not have a traditional reception desk. Our concept is intentionally digital to allow for independent and flexible arrivals.

A self check-in terminal is located in the entrance area, allowing you to conveniently check in and, if desired, create a traditional room key card.

During your stay, you are also welcome to speak to the team at our restaurant, NASHI Dining, at any time.

What happens if I arrive before check-in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Should you arrive earlier, please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival via email at rooms@nashi.de or via WhatsApp to contact us. This way, we can check together if earlier access is already possible.

Can I leave my luggage at the restaurant?

You can drop off your luggage with us anytime during our restaurant's opening hours.
We will store it safely for you – both before your check-in and after your check-out. This way, you can make the most of your time in Erfurt without any worries.

Is the hotel accessible?

Our boutique hotel is designed to be accessible, and all floors are easily reachable by elevator.
‍
Please note, however, that there is a single step at the entrance of our listed building, which could not be removed during the renovation.
‍
The showers are walk-in, but unfortunately, a fully wheelchair-accessible room setup was not possible due to the historical building structure and space constraints.

Is breakfast available at the hotel?

At NASHI Rooms, we do not offer our own breakfast.

Right next to the hotel, you'll find Café Spiegler, where you can have breakfast daily. Around Wenigemarkt, there are also other cafés and breakfast options in the immediate vicinity.

Can I eat at the restaurant?

Yes – our restaurant, NASHI Dining, is located directly on-site.
As the restaurant is often fully booked, we recommend booking a table in advance.
